Our entire staff is constantly training our customers. We make sure our distributors are trained on a product line, from the counter people to the outside sales to management. |

Canow Western provides over 9,000 square feet of warehouse space to service our manufacturers and distributor base. With distributors concerns for service and inventory levels convenient "will-call" is a must for some products.
In most cases, our customers are able to "will-call" product almost immediately. This "extra effort" gives our customer base the confidence to support a manufacturers program.

Canow Western, Inc. maintains two product trailers for end user calls and for customer "counter days' and shows.
We have an extensive list of major contractors and maintain contact with them constantly introducing new products for our distributors and manufacturers.

Our sales staff is trained in merchandising and inventory maintenance. We contact every store and branch of every industrial account at a minimum of once a month. |
